Hi friends... I need your help...

Hi friends,

Just thought that a short post will help us extend our father's life:

My dad was admitted I last last week in the ICU due to his enlarged heart. Doctors recommended angioplasty -a minimally invasive procedure to widen his narrowed vessels, scheduled today supposedly.

This morning however, angiogram showed that such procedure isn't enough. He needs to undergo a quadruple bypass operation -an open heart surgery, which... will be a lot more complicated as some may know.

It seems like it's the only option, so... he'll have it, scheduled on March 2, Tuesday here at St. Luke's QC (yeah, I'm typing from my dad's room).

Thus....... we need blood donors. blood bank can readily provide for whatever my dad will need, however we can pay for it only by providing donors for future blood recipients (so there's no deadline, and ANY blood type is okay). Right now, I still don't have the details on when the donation will officially start, or exactly how many donors we need, but if you're willing (or if you know someone who's willing) to help us, please text me asap: 0916 3208245, or email me: aleydis@gmail.com, or PM me here -I'll put you in my list for the mean time then I'll get in touch on Monday, when details are ready.

For those who can't donate: Your prayers will certainly help. Please pray for papa, that he may be able to go through it successfully, that he may be physically, emotionally, and spiritually ready for this operation. Please pray for mama, that she may be strong in all aspects, as she's left alone most of the time beside papa, while my sisters and I move around for errands, while we work to cope up financially.

Please also pray for my family, that we may be able to turn this whole thing into a blessing -perhaps just a challenge to increase our faith, to bond us together, to divert our focus/priorities to what really matters...
