HEAT baby, HEAT!

I had yet another hotel-dinner-buffet with my CAI-STA friends - a thing that's more than just a celebration of Christmas for me. It's the reaping of P100-per-payday paluwagan money, a the time for sharing (and receiving, yay! haha!), a reunion, and an EXCUSE TO PIGOUT. besides, this time of the year means we survived another work year, that gives us the right to splurge *the money we effortlessly saved*! :P And yes, this time we had it in Edsa Shangri-la HEAT! YUM! YUM! YUMMMM! Some pics: (these are MY food. muhaha!)











There should be 2 more photos actually - one for my DIY ensalada (eggplants, green mango, salted egg, onions, shrimp paste), and another one for my dimsums! yeah, yeah, I ate A LOT. who cares, I paid a lot for this, and it's pigout season anyway. LOL.

Now I'd like to believe what some friends told me: Heat, compared to other hotels, means quality over quantity. I loved almost everything I picked! BUT I still can't say it's the best — it didn't give the best of everything, each hotel still has its specialty.

Still on my list: Spiral for PIZZA, CHEESEs and COLD CUTS, Circles for the SUSHI, SHRIMPS and OYSTERS, and Paseo Uno for PATTEs and SALADS. Now added to my list: Heat for DIMSUMS and DESSERTS!!!
