My resignation. :(
Don't get me wrong, I actually don't like job hopping (gee, I'm off to my 4th already!). It's just that, priorities always change. especially at 27.
Ahh, I'm actually tired of explaining. I'm tired of battling with myself just to justify why I'm leaving this awesome company. Because truth is, as much as I wanted the opportunity outside to improve myself, I loved the company. I loved it probably more than my previous jobs ...even if ironically, this is the shortest stay (1.5 years).
And I can't pinpoint what exactly I loved. Perhaps it's the fusion of the people, the workload, the comfort (being located 20 mins away from home, by walking), and the fact that at the start, I gave my undivided love and attention to this company, being single back then.
...or I'm just being too sentimental, as always. Resignations will never be easy. :(

if you so love your ex-company, why ka nagresign? :(
@elaine - been bug fixing lang sa client side e. i miss [real] java development, sql, the entire SDLC, everything. I had no room to step up, i figured i'm too young to para "mapagiwanan". :(
Leda, something to read: http://humanresources.about.com/od/whenemploymentends/a/quit_job.htm
I think the last point is catered for you:
And the top ten reason for leaving your current miserable job - you are unchallenged, need more responsibility, and seek opportunities that just don't exist for you in your current organization. You've explored the current and potential options, and they are limited. It's time to move on.
@bev - good read! yes, tumpak on that point i guess :)
hay, ate leds! ako din ayaw ko din mag-job hop. pero sana makahanap ng company na gus2 tlga natin :)
@vicky - yeah diba, it's not like napakadali nya gawin - nbi clearance, linis cube, change environment, meet new bosses etc. kahit mukhang job hopper i'm always wishing makita ko ung pepermanente talaga ako, or at least mag 10 years!
Buti na lang may malilipatan ka agad! :)
hehe i wouldn't leave naman kung walang kapalit ;) delikado for the bills!
